Your satisfaction is important to us!

But, was also know that things don’t always go as expected. On the off chance that something goes wrong, you will find all the details about our return/exchange policy on this page.

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. Additional stipulations are outlined below.

Our return policy is 30 days.

If more than 30 days have passed since your purchase, we cannot process a refund (or exchange).

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging and/or have original tags attached. Be sure to refer to the Shipping section below for additional terms.

Returned (and exchanged) items may be subject to a 15% restocking fee; this is on a case-by-case basis. Additionally, if the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any and all loss in value.

If you are shipping an item(s) over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance.
