Shipping Policy

Order Processing for Products Made in Bend, Oregon

All orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after your order is receiving. Refer to the product listing to confirm your product is being shipped from Bend, Oregon. Order processing times do not include shipping.

Items are typically dropped off at the post office on Tuesday and Friday afternoons.

Note: Processing times will vary from product to product. Often times, items are made only after your order has been placed. This means we are busy working to get your product made after receiving your order – before it can be shipped.

Order Processing for Partner Production Facility in the USA

In very few situations, we have products made in conjunction with a partner whose processing times can take up to 10 days. 

Once orders have been processed, additional time for shipping will be required. Refer to product listing to determine if your item(s) will originate from a partner production facility.

Domestic Shipping Rates and Estimates

We offer a $10 flat rate shipping fee for all orders under 

Important Note: Shipping times are in addition to processing times. Be sure to read ‘Order Processing Information.’ 

Most items are shipped via USPS. Shipping time typically takes 2 to 4 business days after your order has been processed. Refer to Order Processing above for additional processing details. 

During peak seasons (such as holidays) processing and shipping times may slightly increase. Please note the US Postal Service recently announced changes in delivery times starting October 1, 2021. 

The sooner you place your order, the better.

Local Pick-Up (15 miles East of Bend / 25 minutes drive)

For our local friends, you may want to pick up your order.

Important note: While our address is based in Bend, Oregon, we are physically located 25 minutes East of city limits. If you are willing to make the drive, we can arrange local pick-up. Your order will only be available for pick-up after it has been processed.

Local Delivery Unavailable

We currently do not have the capability to handle local deliveries. We apologize for the inconvenience. 

International Shipping

At this time, we only ship orders within the United States.

How do I check the status of my order? 

Once your order has been processed and has been marked as shipped, you will receive an email with tracking information.

While you may have received tracking details, there are times packages miss the origination scan at the post office. Please allow for 48 hours for the tracking information to become available.

If you haven’t received your order within 7 business days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at hello@bringabouthappy.com with your name and order number, and we will look into it.

The USPS/Delivery Company is in Charge

We cannot intercept a package once it has left our hands and/or has been turned over to USPS or other delivery service.

Package Delivery Issues or Wrong Address

Package Already Delivered

  • If your package was marked as delivered, but you don’t have it. We cannot replace the item. We suggest checking with your mail carrier or asking neighbors if your package was inadvertently delivered to the wrong address (we’ve had it happen to us before!).
  • Important note: We cannot be held liable for packages stolen, lost by USPS or other delivery companies, or deliveries made to the wrong address. You, the buyer, are responsible for filing claims for missing or lost packages with USPS and/or other delivery services.  

If you would like a replacement item shipped to the correct address, please place a new order (at your expense).

Wrong Address Provided 

  • If the wrong address was provided, please send us a message as soon as you recognize the error, but we cannot guarantee the address can be updated before the item(s) actually ships. If the item has already shipped, we cannot intercept it with USPS or other delivery service.

If you would like a replacement item shipped to the correct address, please place a new order (at your expense).

The sooner we are notified the better! Since we work with production partners to make a handful of products, there are times we may be unable to change the address before it ships. We will do our best to accommodate your request. If your product has already shipped, we are unable to make changes.

  • If the order has already been shipped, you will mostly likely need to re-order the item(s). We are not responsible for the cost of re-order if the wrong address was provided when the order was placed.

Refunds, Returns, and Exchanges

We accept returns up to 30 days for regularly priced items from the order date so long as items are unused and in the original packaging with tags attached. You will be responsible for paying for the shipping costs to return your item(s). 

There are several types of goods that are exempt from being returned. You can find additional details here. If the item(s) is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any/all loss in value. Note, returned or exchanged items are subject to a 15% restocking fee.

We only replace items if they are defection or damaged. Please refer to our Return Policy for additional information.
