Shipping Information
How long will it take before my order is shipped?
Before your product can be shipped, we need to make it. Processing times will vary from product to product. Oftentimes, items are made once your order has been placed, meaning we are busy working on it after receiving your order.
Depending on the product type, we usually ship them within 24 to 72 hours business days.
In some cases, the products are ready to be shipped the same day; these products can be found under the Quick Ship category.
For items produced by a production partner, the order will require a longer processing time (up to 10 days).
The time for order production does not include shipping, please allow additional time for shipping. This typically takes 2-5 business days. During peak season, such as the holiday, shipping time may take longer.
Where will my order ship from?
A majority of the time, your order will ship from Bend, Oregon. You can check the listing to confirm your order will ship from Oregon by checking the product listing page. If the listing does not say, “Ships from Bend, OR” then it likely is coming from a production partner.
If the order is shipped from a production partner, there are several points of origin. Locations are throughout the United States, including Arizona, California, New York, North Carolina, and North Dakota.

What materials do you use to ship your products?
Eco-friendly materials we use (or moving toward) in our operations when possible.

What shipping carrier do you use?
In most cases, items are shipped via USPS. Depending on where the item is going, USPS shipping timeframes within the United States are typically 2-5 days.
However, we cannot guarantee anything with USPS. My husband recently ordered something that was shipped from Portland, OR. It went alllll the way to MARYLAND. Then returned to Portland, OR to head over the mountain to Bend, OR. That was an unnecessarily long trip that negatively impacted the delivery time. We cannot be held responsible for their inefficiency.
Important Note: Shipping times are in addition to processing times. Be sure to read ‘Order Processing Information’ as items do not always ship the same day they are ordered.
Can you make changes to my shipping address?
Wrong Address Provided
If the wrong address was provided, please send us a message as soon as you recognize the error, but we cannot guarantee the address can be updated before the item(s) ships.
Note: Unfortunately, if the order has already been shipped, we cannot intercept a package. Once it has left our hands and/or has been turned over to USPS or other delivery services (i.e. UPS, FedEx, OnTrac, etc…).
If the order has already been shipped, you will most likely need to re-order the item(s). We are not responsible for the re-order cost if the wrong address was provided when the order was placed.
Can I provide an updated address?
The sooner we are notified, the better!
Since we work with production partners to make a small handful of products, there are times we may be unable to change the address before it ships. We will do our best to accommodate your request, but we cannot guarantee anything.
Can happens if the wrong address was provided?

Delivery Information
Package shown as delivered, but I don't have it?
If your package was marked as delivered, but you don’t have it. We cannot replace the item. We suggest checking with your mail carrier, shipping company or asking neighbors if your package was inadvertently delivered to the wrong address (we’ve had it happen to us before!).
Important note: We cannot be held liable for packages stolen, lost by USPS or other delivery companies, or deliveries made to the wrong address. The buyer is responsible for filing claims for missing or lost packages with USPS and/or other delivery services.
